Noah and Joelle met each other playing basketball for rival schools throughout their high school careers. Obviously that rivalry did not last 😉 These two got engaged last summer and got married on a rainy June Saturday. Leading up to their wedding, I was checking the forecast every day and things were looking good... until the night before, where out of nowhere, unrelenting rain popped up on the forecast for their entire wedding day.
I could not have imagined a couple with better spirits despite this. Noah and Joelle could not have cared less if their hair and clothes got wet, if they didn't have glowing sun, anything. All they wanted was to get married and be man and wife!
These two are such a fun couple to be around, and are so special to so many people. They got married in Noah's home church surrounded by so many friends and family! We had a last minute plans change for their sunset portraits, because the downpour was so awful, not even umbrellas would help. We ended our evening at Studio Apparatus in St. Paul and enjoyed some warm and dry time for their portraits as man and wife. Enjoy some of my favorites from their day!
